Guest Policy
For safety and insurance reasons, no guests or children are allowed in the lash room.

Our Guarantee
We stand by our work and guarantee the quality of our eyelash extensions. However, allergic reactions are unpredictable and beyond our control, so refunds are not available. Please review photos, ask questions, and be sure this service is right for you before booking.

Important Information
Any reactions are unforeseen; our trained staff will review your intake form and address any allergies.
If a reaction occurs, we offer a free professional lash removal. Removal takes about 30 minutes, and scheduling depends on availability.
We do not use sensitive glue or outside products.

Age Policy
Clients under 18 must be accompanied by an adult during the consultation.

Late Policy
Please text (562) 666 6040 if you are running late.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.
Over 20–30 minutes late = no-show; fees may apply.
Late arrivals will still be charged full price.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made under 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the $30 fee.
To rebook after a late cancellation or no-show, a new deposit is required.
