Our Guarantee: We stand by our work and guarantee the quality of our eyelash extensions. Please review photos and ask questions before booking, as allergic reactions are unpredictable and beyond our control.
Appointments
- Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability, but must prepay at check-in. Text (562)-666-6040 or book online to secure your spot. Results vary based on eye shape, color, and age; photos are for inspiration only.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made under 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the $30 fee. To rebook after a late cancellation or no-show, a new deposit is required to confirm your session.
Late Policy
Please text (562)-666-6040 if you are running late. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling. Arriving 20–30 minutes late is a no-show; fees apply. Late arrivals are still charged full price.
Refund Policy
No refunds for completed services. We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Clients with sensitive skin proceed at their own risk. If a reaction occurs, we offer a free professional removal (30 mins).
Satisfaction
Your happiness is our priority! If you have any concerns, contact us within 72 hours and we’ll fix it free of charge. We take pride in our work and want you to love your lashes every time you visit us.
Guest & Age
For safety and insurance, no guests or children are allowed in the lash room. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by an adult during the consultation. Our seating is strictly limited to clients only.
Information
Our staff reviews intake forms for allergies. We do not use sensitive glue or outside products. Note that reactions can be unforeseen, but we provide professional removal based on our availability.
